All-in-one hospitality management platform built for operators of boutique hotels, vacation rentals, and RV parks/resorts.
The central control hub where operators instantly see how their property is performing. The dashboard highlights occupancy rate, checkins, upcoming arrivals, housekeeping status, and real-time availability across units.
Instead of a traditional table, the bookings page was designed as a horizontal timeline board — combining the clarity of a calendar with the flexibility of Kanban. Managers can scan weeks or months at once, identify occupancy patterns, detect availability gaps, and manage reservations visually. The goal was to reduce friction in day-to-day operations while providing a strategic overview of property performance.
A comprehensive reservation management view that centralizes all information related to a specific stay. The screen was designed to support fast decision-making at check-in, during the stay, and post-checkout — reducing the need to navigate across multiple sections.
In addition to reservation and performance management, I designed a fully integrated Point of Sale (POS) system embedded directly into the main dashboard. The goal was to unify operational and financial workflows — eliminating the need for third-party POS tools and fragmented reporting.
In addition to the operator dashboard, I designed a consumer-facing application that allows guests to discover properties, book stays, and manage their reservations seamlessly.
The goal was to create a frictionless booking experience while maintaining full synchronization with the property management system.
In addition to the internal dashboard and guest-facing booking app, I also designed the company’s public marketing website.
The goal was to clearly communicate the product’s value proposition, simplify a complex hospitality system into digestible messaging, and drive demo requests and sign-ups.
